	Larrabee Developments The Larrabee developments consist of a series of buildings that are located on Larrabee, between Division St and Chicago Ave. in Chicago. 919-925 is a mixed use building including 12 residential units. The building is designed with planes which run east west allowing space fill in between while bringing light into the interior of the building. The front faced slopes upward giving the upper floors added square feet and views down to the street level. LarrabeeOak Development Based on the module of the 919-925 building, LarrabeeOak occupied an additional 12 lots anchored by the corner unit at Oak and Larrabee. 1018 is a mixed use building including 6 residential units. The building is designed in quarters, front half is “public” living (living, dining kitchen functions) and rear half is “private” living (bedroom and bathroom functions) separated by notches in the south and north sides to bring light into the middle bedroom.
