Project
Description
The Owner of an
existing three story Single Family Home sought to improve and expand
the first floor living space in addition to upgrading the Master Bathroom.
A modest size addition
was added to the rear of the home, allowing for a gracious Kitchen space.
Between the Entry Hall and Dining Room is a privacy wall of sandblasted
glass resting on a stainless steel base. Functions, such as the furnace
and hot water heater, were removed from the space. Closets were tucked
underneath the existing stair and the powder room was relocated to create
a wider and more useful space.
Interior finishes
are contemporary, incorporating stainless steel, granite, maple and
Vitrior cabinetry. The furniture, in turn, is a combination of transitional
and traditional fabrics and styles.
